How it Works
1) You determine the investment amount of your choice, with a minimum target of $300,000 and a maximum of $1,000,000 per investor. The investment term is fixed at a minimum of 2 years.
2) We pay based on an 8% per annum calculation.
3) Payment of cash distributions commences after 30 days and is scheduled for the 1st day of every month.
For example, with a $500k investment at an 8% return, you can expect a monthly payment of $3,333.33, amounting to $40,000 yearly. At the end of your term, you will receive your initial investment in full or have the option to renew for the following calendar year.
